SPM Warranty Terms & Conditions

This Product is distributed by Ho Won Enterprises Pty Ltd of 29 Rochester St Botany NSW trading as SPM Electrical Australia ("SPM").

SPM warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months form the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:
A) Damage caused by lightning, power surge, misuse or neglect, vermin infestation. Accidental damage; or
B) Any attempted repair or alteration by any person other than an SPM electrical representative.

This warranty is provided in addition to any other rights or remedies under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and any state or territory similar laws and consumer legislation.

Our products come with warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe that you have a warranty claim please complete the warranty claim form (right), or you can also email SPM on support@spmelectrical.com.au.

For any warranty claim to be validated you will require proof of purchase, please make sure you have all relevant information before lodging your warranty claim.

Any warranty claim is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of this product.

Should this product require replacement you will be responsible for the transportation of the product to the authorized service centre. During transport the product will remain at your risk.

In the event that the goods are found to be free of defects the service centre will be authorized to charge a service fee to you.
